M/s. Sayanee Engineering Enterprise the promoter of present Non-Ferrous foundry with targeted production capacity of some 120 TPY and under the banner of M/s. Annapuna Centricast Pvt. Ltd., has invested in sufficient area of land at Devoke village under jurisdiction of Mamudpur Gram Panchayat within Naihati police station area. The nature of land on which it will be built is already converted from Agricultural (Shali) to Karkhana (factory). There are very few foundries available locally other than Kalyani Industrial Zone. Therefore, it is a very opportunistic endeavor to promote such a project which is very rare in nature in this locality. Existing Status of the Unit

Presently the unit has one piece of leased land located near Naihati town in the North 24 Paragans of West Bengal. The land has LT power connection of 49 HP and have boundary wall completed.

The enterprise intended to be a dependable source for supporting ancillary to the huge possibility of forth coming industrial growth of both State of West Bengal and India. Auto sector, Core industry like Steel, Cement and Infrastructure would be the target industry for this enterprise. Being near to different SEZ to come up in near future other than established Industrial zone like Kalyani and also up-coming Rishi Bankim Slipa Udyan are of very good prospect for this endeavor.
